This tough and versatile turf, resistant to disease and extreme temperatures, is perfect for parks, naturalized areas, and waterfront areas. With a dense root system and fine texture, it thrives in cool, humid locations, and adapts well to sandy loam soils. Its 15 mm thick plates and a mowing height of 75 to 85 mm ensure a high density, hiding the ground even at a height of 1.5 meters. Thanks to its biodiversity, this grass adapts naturally to the specific conditions of each site.
